Works in 2012

Construction works of  biological WWTP (MBR)  are at the final stage. The productivity is 420 m3 / day.

The set of equipment for cleaning and recycling water at vegetables washing line is installed. The productivity is 20 m3 /hour

The delivery and installation of the equipment for mechanical and physical-chemical treatment of sewages. The set includes flotator FRC-2 and rotary screen  TR 40/25 with optional equipment for preparation and dispensing of reagents. (Manufacturer is TORO equipment) 

At slaughterhouse of poultry plant  there is installed volute dewatering press AMCON ES-353 for sludge  processing before disposal.  The volume of sludge was reduced approx. in 3,5 times

Complex reconstruction of WWTP is executed at the wood processing enterprise . There is organized reverse wastewater supply  after water cleaning for technical purposes, thanks to the innovative  technologies . At the final stage of cleaning  we used systems of MBR systems.

Volute dewatering press AMCON ES-353 is installed at slaughterhouse of  poultry plant for sludge processing before utilization. Humidity of sludge is reduced approx. from 90% to 54%, the volume is reduced in 4 times.

The delivery and installation of equipment for sludge treatment  with  productivity  200 kg of dry solids per hour.  Volute dewatering screw press  AMCON ES-303 provides sludge dewatering to 75% or less.

The delivery and installation of aeration systems for WWTP of  poultry plant.

Commissioning of modular wastewater treatment plant with membrane bio-reactor is completed. The productivity is 24 m3 / day
