FRC Flotator with FLH Anaconda® “TORO” Pipe Mixer 

The FRC flotation device is designed for pre-treatment of industrial wastewater by pressure flotation (wastewater is saturated with air under pressure with the formation of small air bubbles that float to the surface together with suspended solids and emulsified particles). When introducing reagents (pH adjustment, coagulant, flocculant), the wastewater treatment process is significantly improved, achieving the effect of removing suspended solids by at least 95% and reducing BOD by 40% or more (depending on the quality of the wastewater). The introduction of reagents and air is provided in the FLH pipe mixer.

A scraper mechanism operates on the surface of the FRC flotation device to compact the sludge.

SeparatelyFSG grease separator is designed for pre-treatment of industrial wastewater from grease.

Unsatisfactory operation of wastewater treatment plants is often observed precisely because fats are not removed at the initial stage of the wastewater treatment process, and technologists mistakenly hope to achieve a decrease in their concentration in the subsequent stages of the process. As a result, fats cause frequent clogging of grates (which affects the complexity and cost of operation), an increase in wastewater BOD by 20-30%, and deterioration of sludge dewatering.

The principle of operation of the FSG grease separator is to saturate wastewater with small air bubbles, which float to the surface together with the grease particles (pressure flotation). A scraper mechanism operates on the surface of the FSG grease separator to compact the sludge.

DCL Defender® "TORO" lamella sedimentation tank

The lamella clarifier is designed to remove medium and large impurities from wastewater - heavy particles (sand, clay, lime). These impurities can negatively affect the subsequent wastewater treatment process, forming deposits in pipes and causing an abrasive effect on pumping and other equipment.

The DCL lamella clarifier is designed for continuous sediment separation and provides two necessary objectives: increasing the settling area and creating a laminar flow. The principle of operation of the lamella clarifier is based on the fact that the surface load (m3/m2/day) of a conventional clarifier does not depend on its depth. Thus, it is possible to increase the capacity of the clarifier by dividing it with plates inclined at a certain angle, thereby creating “multiple clarifiers”.

Drum sieve TR Defender® "TORO"

The drum screen with automatic cleaning is designed to remove sand and coarse impurities from industrial wastewater. The drum screen is a high-performance filter, the dimensions of which are much smaller than other screens. Compared to a static screen of similar dimensions, the drum screen is 5 times more productive, and thanks to the automatic cleaning system, the screen does not block.

Screw conveyor with TC Defender® sealer «TORO»

The screw conveyor with a compactor is designed for transporting, compacting and drying solid waste generated in the processes of municipal and industrial wastewater treatment (for example, waste after the sieve).

The waste moves through a chamber with a built-in auger (the length of the chamber is customized according to the customer's needs and the task).

Channel screw screen with TCC Defender® seal «TORO»

The channel screw screen with a seal is designed to remove large impurities from wastewater, compress them and discharge them. The use of a channel screw screen prevents the deposition of large impurities in pipelines, channels and tanks, and also allows you to protect the rest of the equipment from overloading and blocking.

The equipment is installed in the channel, the angle of the grate is changed according to the needs. The wastewater moves through screens of different sizes. The removed waste moves up the endless screw to the compaction chamber, from where it is discharged into a container.

DA Defender® Sand Separator "TORO"

The sand separator is designed to remove particles of sand, gravel, etc. from wastewater.

The use of a sand separator is advisable for the preliminary treatment of wastewater containing a large number of mineral particles (for example, water from washing potatoes, carrots, beets). The auger built into the separator discharges the sand into a container. The efficiency of removing sand with a particle size of 0.15 - 0.2 mm is 97%.

The FSH oil separator is designed to remove mineral oils, fuel oil and other types of petroleum products from water in order to reduce their concentration from 100 - 500 mg/l to 5 - 10 mg/l.

The use of the FSH oil separator is advisable for pre-treatment of wastewater from car workshops, garages, parking lots, gas stations, car wash stations, tank and reservoir cleaning shops, etc.

Wastewater treatment in the FSH oil separator is carried out by the coalescence method: wastewater moves in a laminar mode through coalescent plates, while oil product droplets with a density of up to 950 kg/m3 merge. The separated oil products are sent to the oil sump.

The static screen is designed for mechanical purification of household and industrial wastewater from coarse impurities. It is an economy class continuous operation equipment that does not require energy costs. 

Wastewater is fed to a static screen in a pressure mode. The equipment is usually installed on a platform. Thus, the waste is discharged into a container, and the wastewater is fed for further treatment in a gravity mode.

AD Defender® "TORO" duct grille

The channel screen is designed for preliminary cleaning of municipal and industrial wastewater from coarse inclusions (10 - 50 mm). This is an economy class continuous operation equipment that does not require energy costs. The discharged waste is unloaded manually. The model range includes a single channel screen AD-500 "TORO" with a mesh size (mm) of 10; 20; 30. The capacity for clean water is 55 - 70 m3/hour.
