Polymer stations are specialized equipment for <\/span><\/span>preparation, dosing and feeding of polymer reagents (flocculants)<\/span><\/span>, which are used in wastewater treatment and sludge dewatering processes.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

The main task of such stations is <\/span><\/span>increasing the efficiency of sedimentation and condensation of contaminants<\/span><\/span>, which allows to significantly improve the operation of sedimentation tanks, flotation tanks and dehydrators.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

    <\/span><\/span>The operation of the polymer station consists of several stages:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

    1. Dry or liquid polymer feed<\/span><\/b>
      The reagent is fed into the mixing tank.
      <\/span><\/b><\/li>
    2. Solution preparation<\/span><\/b>
      The polymer is mixed with water to the required concentration.<\/span><\/li>
    3. Exposure (activation)<\/span><\/b>
      The solution is aged to fully reveal the properties of the polymer.<\/span><\/li>
    4. Dosage<\/span><\/b>
